How we protect your information and account

Encrypted deposit handling

When you fund your account via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, your payment details travel through TLS 1.3 encryption. We never store raw payment tokens; a third-party processor holds the encrypted reference and we only log the final deposit confirmation.

Account password and session security

Your login credentials are hashed using bcrypt. Each session generates a unique token that expires after 60 minutes of inactivity. If you access from a new device, we send a verification code to your registered email or SMS number.

Cookie and tracking policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to count visits. Third-party cookies from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are required to complete deposits. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; essential ones remain to keep your account functional.

Data retention timeline

Your account profile, settings and contact details are retained for two years after your last login or account closure. Deposit and withdrawal records are kept for seven years per Indonesian tax law. You may request deletion of your profile after two years of inactivity.

Withdrawal verification process

Before funds leave our system, we verify your withdrawal request against your account balance and check it for unusual patterns. Verified withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically clear within 15 minutes; bank transfers take one to three business days.

Request your personal data

Email [email protected] or use Settings > Legal & Privacy to download a copy of all personal data we hold on you. The export includes account history, deposit records, and system notes. Requests are processed within ten business days and sent as a PDF to your registered email.

Common questions about our legal terms and your rights

Your account remains open and accessible indefinitely. However, if you don't log in for two years, your profile data becomes eligible for deletion under our retention policy, though your transaction history is kept for seven years. Yes. Go to Settings > Legal & Privacy in the lobby and select 'Download My Data'. The export includes all your account transactions, timestamps and payment method used (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). The file arrives in your email within one business day as a PDF.

When a chargeback is filed against a deposit, we contact you immediately via email. We then verify the transaction against our logs and the payment provider's records. If the chargeback is confirmed as fraudulent, your account is restricted. Legitimate chargebacks are processed by the provider, and a refund may be issued directly to your payment method.

We share your account data only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) to complete deposits, and with legal authorities if required by Indonesian law. We do not sell or lease your information. Our privacy policy is available in Settings > Legal & Privacy.

Email [email protected] with the subject 'Account Closure Request' and include your account number. We will close your account within 48 hours, delete your profile data within 90 days, and retain transaction records for seven years as required by law. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

Access to your account depends on local law in your location. Some regions prohibit online gaming entirely; others permit it with restrictions. Before opening an account, confirm that online gaming is legal where you reside. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts in jurisdictions where gaming is prohibited.

We retain withdrawal verification logs for seven years per Indonesian regulatory requirements. These records include your identity verification, payment method, and the amount and date of each withdrawal. Older records are archived securely and available only for legal or regulatory requests.
